Case Study: Sustainability Team Strategy Development

My client's aim was to develop a three-year plan to progress their sustainability work with local government clients. As part of the process we embarked on a fact-finding mission to gather insights from key leaders across the region, then invited them to participate in a series of co-discovery and creation workshops to create a first draft of the regional strategy. Design thinking and applied curiosity methods were applied to review the clients strengths, opportunities, and desired results in this market, prioritize investment and development areas, derive insights from lessons learned through multiple contextual lenses, and engage in a deep dive empathy mapping process for the target end client group. The final deliverable was a 12 page report that enables alignment and improves impact by providing a clear value story and applicable assets and guidance for my client to take to market.
